When you list with Cindy Eckols, many resources are available for you. We strive to advertise your home as much as possible.
Realtor Networking: We host Realtor Luncheons, announce changes at sales meetings, and routinely send out flyers and e-cards. Show virtual tour of your home at weekly realtor meetings and discuss.
The Multiple Listing Serivce (MLS): Every Realtor in Bloomington - Normal has access to information on any listing in the area. Over 585 Realtors will be working to sell your house!
The Pantagraph Home Market: The local publication is released each Friday.Periodic special ads will be published and range from quarter to half to full pages.
Feedback: You will receive weekly emails with updates of homes that are listed or sold in your area.
